It is their role to ensure that our brands and products are kept firmly ahead of the game – and they have lots of fun in doing so!
Paul Warnes, Purchasing Director
Paul is responsible for all our corporate buying decisions, building supplier relationships into strong partnerships. As a life-long Norwich fan, he’s also our very own little Delia!
Gary Blake, Chairman
Recently appointed as Chairman, having been Managing Director since 2002, Gary likes to think he’s in charge. Loyal, devoted – and that’s just to his beloved football team – come on you Spurs! (he secretly also thinks he’s a bit of a Jamie Redknapp!)
Stephen Hughes, Managing Director
Recently appointed as MD, having previously been Finance Director, Stephen is never seen without his calculator and the FT, making sure the business operates profitably and that the financial cogs are kept well oiled!
David Garland, Commercial Director
The snazziest dresser of the board, David our Commercial Director, can often be seen lycra-clad, cycling down country roads!
Andy Riches, Operations Director
Andy is our big water baby with his huge love of water-skiing - in his spare time, he also likes reorganising factory layouts!
Lisa McCrystal, Finance Director
Known as Imelda Marcus in the office due to her love of shoes! Lisa also enjoys music (never seen without her ipod), and maltesers (a pack a day habit but still stays slim!)
